Competition for photographers with a prize fund $10000

Share your best photos and get a chance to win $10,000 and a Huawei P40 Pro smartphone! The competition is organized by the Next-Image Awards committee in cooperation with Huawei and is open to everyone aged 18 years and over. Participants from Russia can send their works to the Huawei Community site.

Only works shot with Huawei or Honor smartphone cameras and processed with the help of graphics editors installed on Huawei or Honor smartphones are allowed to participate (third-party graphics editors are allowed). There are no restrictions on the shooting dates.

The Huawei Community (including regional websites) is one of the official platforms where contestants can submit their works. Entering the Community is tantamount to entering the competition on the official Next-Image website. Do not apply at both venues at the same time.

To enter the competition, click on the "+" icon on the Community home page and then select the "Photo" icon. Enter a name (for the "Close range" category, enter a location), select a category, upload photos (the number is different in the categories) and click "Send".

Contest entries must be distributed according to the contest categories.

One participant may submit up to 30 works. If one participant submits more than 30 works, the first 30 works submitted by that participant will be allowed to participate. The rest of the works are excluded from the competition.

The Huawei Community will select 20 works (4 works in each category) to be submitted to the next round and submit them to the competition committee. If you make the selection, you will be contacted by a Community administrator in a personal message from the Huawei Community.

The final evaluation of entries from all over the world will be conducted by the NEXT-IMAGE Awards 2020 committee and the result will be announced on the official NEXT-IMAGE Awards 2020 website.

The categories are waiting for you:

1) "Close Distance": discover new places, get new impressions with the new features of your smartphone camera - appreciate all the features of telephoto lens, ultra wide-angle lens and macro lens.

2) "Good Night": Even in the dark, you can find highlights. 

3) "Hi, life!": tell us what fills you with emotions and impressions in everyday life.

4) "Faces": experiment with portraits, emphasize your personality, show the features of each person. 

5) "Storyteller": tell a story in 3-9 photos, express your emotions, capture changes, mark trends.

The 20 winners of the Community will receive exclusive prizes regardless of the final score. The rest of the prizes will be awarded by the competition committee. 

The winners will be chosen and awarded by the Next-Image committee. The Huawei Community will select and award only the winners in the "Champion Community" category.

The selection of 20 candidates for the next round will be made by the Community team, which will include administrators. The artistic component, creativity, social significance and attitude towards the theme of the competition will be evaluated. The Huawei Community Administration Team reserves the right to explain the choice of the champions.
