Celebrating its fourteenth anniversary, the Best of Year award continues to celebrate the best products and design projects from around the world.

The categories are a carefully selected list of key sectors, industry favorites and current trends.

The submission of applications ends on 20 September and the public vote begins on 7 October. The finalists will be announced on November 15 and the winners on December 6 at the award ceremony.

This year's ceremony will also take place at the River Pavilion at the Jacob Javica Conference Center in New York City.
