The New York Photographic Arts Center (NYC4PA) invites photographers from all over the world to participate in this competition. The winners will receive a $3,000 prize pool, online promotion and catalogue publication. The winner of the Grand Prix will be shown on the home page of the NYC4PA website. All finalists will receive certificates.
Both professionals and amateurs can participate. All techniques, styles and genres of photography are acceptable, including experimental and mixed, but only 2D.
The competition is dedicated to secondary colors: it is orange, purple, green, and they can become the basis for convincing pictures. Organizers are looking for the best photos, where one of these colors stands out as the main element.
The possibilities in nature photography alone are endless: with green leaves and lawns, orange autumn explosions and purple flowers. Clothes, pumpkins, traffic lights, cars... The list goes on and on.
