3rd Little Hakka International Picture Book Award. Deadline: 31 August 2019. Participation is free. 

Contest is dedicated to the art of the picture book. The organizers seek to discover new talents and promote international cooperation of publishers, authors and artists. Prize: $36,800.

Participants included in the shortlist, will present at the exhibition. The winners will be celebrated with certificates.
