Almette is a humorous alter-ego of the artist and, at the same time, another artistic facet with his own specifics, like a preference for material plasticity and craving for white pliable masses.
The image of the Moon is fundamental to the whole culture. A good vibration appears between the funny ice cream/moon association and the melancholy of the lunar image. The work unites entire space as a whole installation of light-darkness.
Porcelain composition consists of two parts, not fastened together. This makes the work rattling when subjected to various manipulations. Funny image of the ice-cream globe only underlines the fragility of the World, to which the artist meditates.
Slowly, almost to immobility, a cloud of smoke rises from the model of the glass until it looks like its ice cream cap. Then the video goes in the opposite direction. And so without end.
The artist holds a porcelain object - the whole World - on his outstretched hand, for as long as he can bear. The video starts from the beginning in a fraction of a second before the ice cream Earth breaks on the floor.
The exposition has two states - "day" and "night". "Day" shows only amusing dada objects in front of us. "At night" videos are visible and the game takes on the dramatic character of space meditation in the light of the Moon.
